A founder’s professional and personal journey
For a small business owner or a solopreneur who ventures on a business journey the world has different forms of struggles, such as personal experience, government laws, getting the required support in the form of money – investment, sales revenue, time to build the team, and process, etc. A trustworthy team becomes the foundation and yet the essential at every step of the journey. Most first-time entrepreneurs come from a professionally mature background and work experiences with hope and confidence to achieve personal and professional growth.
In 2021, I envisioned our vision and mission statements, knowing that Sarga Vriksha Technologies, DBA Vriksha Agency, can seed to grow if I could rely on the team of freelancers that I had handpicked during my professional experiences. Maybe it was due to significant governmental changes that our state had to undergo with political correctness or hoping it was the Lord’s plan, these unavoidable evident hurdles has caused delay till today.
In today’s fast-paced digitally connected world finding the right talent is crucial. In 2021, I began connecting with local freelancers to lay the foundation for Vriksha Agency, hoping that by 2022, it would be a startup taking shape online through 2023. By 2024, I planned on building a small team to serve our customers on-premises, personally I want to build a house by April 2024 and get married before the end of 2024. However, this short journey of the operational plan of endeavoring to develop the business with the support of locally available freelancers turned out to be yet again on the list of most valuable lessons.
